SESSION ROOMS
Technical Session rooms are furnished with with LCD and Overhead Projectors and Screens, microphone and laser pointer. Please bring your own laptop for use with the LCD.
SPEAKER’S BREAKFAST
Tuesday - Thursday a speaker’s breakfast will be held in Augusta I-III of the Westin Peachtree Center, 210 Peachtree Street, NW, from 7:00 – 8:00 All Technical Sessions and BAS speakers should attend on the morning of their presentation. Please sit with the session chair and authors of your session.

REHEARSAL ROOM
Room 212 of the Convention Center will be equipped with an LCD projector,
Overhead Projector Screen and may be used to review or rehearse your
presentations. The room will be open Sunday Thursday during the hours
of the conference.
STUDENT
TRAVEL GRANT CHECKS
Student Travel Grant Checks will be distributed at the Speakers Breakfast
on the day of your presentation. If
you do not receive your check at the speakers breakfast please pick it up
in the WCNC Office located in room 213.
