Late Paper Author Instructions for WCNC 2004 Technical Sessions
Only the authors of the 14 papers that were not submitted by 15 January 2004 may submit late papers.  Late Papers will be published in the paper proceedings sold by the IEEE Book Broker and on IEEE Xplorer®.  They will not be included on the CD-ROM copy of the proceedings.

WCNC 2004 Registration is open
NEW POLICY IEEE Communications Society Policy that all accepted WCNC 2004 technical papers must have at least one Full Conference Registration attached to it. (Multiple papers by a single author only require one registration)

WCNC 2004 registration fees are still being finalized, we expect member fees to be in the range of $625-$725. Non-member fees will be in the range of $750-$850

Every Technical Paper must have a registration attached to it in order to be published in the conference proceedings.

Authors Must register by 6 February 2004



4. Hotel Reservations

Note: In order to get a great deal on the rate with our host hotel, we are obligated to fill that block of rooms first. Please make every "best effort" to sell out our block at this hotel before booking at another hotel. Additional fees will be assessed on the association if we fall below the number of rooms we committed, so help us sell out the host hotel. We truly appreciate your assistance with helping the IEEE Communications Society.



OPTIONAL FORMS and INFORMATION

1. Audio Visual

There will be a LCD projector, overhead projector and laser pointer in each presentation room.
You will need to bring your own laptop to use the LCD projector.
